Originally formed in 2004, there followed the usual evolutions, revolutions and dissolutions, from which the current line up emerged in March 2010. Influences from classic English bands Small Faces, The Jam and The Who to White Stripes and Kings of Leon inform their dynamic, driving sound underpinned by a hatful of proper tunes.
Debut album ‘Ever, Never or Now?’ was released in October 2010 and launched the band into the overcrowded world of aspiring musicians. The musical quality, electric live shows and definitive identity instantly elevated the group above the surrounding mediocrity. With the use of online promotion and social networks, as well as an ongoing live presence, the bands stock rapidly rose worldwide.
The follow-up record ‘Slings & Arrows’ was released with a hugely successful hometown gig at The Wedgewood Rooms in Southsea in January 2012. Featuring the singles ‘You’ and ‘A Different Place’, the album was met by glowing reviews across the board.
Dates that followed included headline shows at the legendary 100 Club, The Comedy in Leicester Square and The Joiners in Southampton which saw the band playing to ever increasing numbers.
